Code of Conduct: The HCA provides a Code of Conduct book, "Excellence in Action" Confidentiality: Section III ("Confidentiality") of clinic TSR Agreements. require that all Board Members, employees, subcontractors, volunteers and interns of the clinic "shall agree in writing to maintain the confidentiality of all and all information which maybe obtained in the course of providing services". The Coalition has adopted the Compliance Program established by the County of Orange Health Agency:

- Enter information as requested. Use only First and Last Name or Business Name to conduct search. If more than one match comes up you can narrow it down by using SS#, address, etc. Click Search If no match is found, print the screen and keep on file
- If you get a match click Verify to confirm match. If match is confirmed, contact The Coalition immediately.
