- Click Exclusions Database
- Click Online Searchable Database
- Click
Search Exclusions Database
- Enter
information as requested. Use only First and Last Name
or Business Name to conduct search. If more than one
match comes up you can narrow it down by using SS#,
address, etc. Click Search If no match is found, print
the screen and keep on file
- If you get
a match click Verify to confirm match. If match is
confirmed, contact The Coalition immediately. |
